I joined Bechtel in 2021 as a Senior ES&H Specialist. I have previously worked on heavy civil construction projects including a pipeline for an offshore wind farm and M25 road Renewals as well as Telecoms. I spent 7 years in the British Army before leaving to have a family. My skills are in Health and safety and Auditing in construction. I feel women have to prove their experience more in this industry as there are still so few of us. Don't let anything hold you back, if you want it work for it. I retrained and learnt a new skill and I love it.
